THE SOUTHSIDE is a major lifestyle landmark in Hong Kong Island's Southern District, featuring five floors and covering approximately 510,000 square feet. Its architectural design draws inspiration from the unique coastline of the Southern District, offering a one-stop leisure and lifestyle experience. The mall spans nearly 510,000 square meters and will include five levels of retail space, with an anticipated total of around 150 tenants and approximately 235 parking spaces. It will feature pedestrian walkways connecting to the various residential phases of the Southern District and the Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station. The project is expected to open in December 2024 officially.
