Qingxi Old Street is located in Qingcun Town, Fengxian District, Shanghai. It is more than 1,000 meters in existence. On both sides of the city river, typical rural buildings in the southern suburbs of Shanghai are preserved. In 2004, it was listed as a historical and scenic protection area in Shanghai.
The reconstructed Qingxi Old Street retains its original historical charm, while at the same time improving its quality and artistic conception in response to the requirement of "the ancient water town in the south of the Yangtze River in the present".
